I have recently been made redundant and have now decided that I would like to work as a freelance administrator. I believe that I can offer a reliable fast service that is beneficial to both an employer and to myself.
I have always worked within an office environment where I started out as a receptionist and gradually moved to a secretary then a personal assistant until I was promoted to the Office Manager.
I have an excellent typing speed and am able to work around whatever is required from me. I am able to carry out audio typing tasks, copy typing task, I also do data entering input as well as book keeping.
I believe that no job is too big or too small.
Areas covered: National
My previous jobs have included working for two Design & Marketing Agencies, I have worked at an Accountants, Airbus UK and most recently a Solicitors.
My roles have all been within an office environment, with a majority of my roles requiring me to work by myself and being able to make decisions as and when they where needed.
Over the years I have also been responsible for general book keeping within the organisations that I have been working at.
My most recent role at the Solicitors I was the Office Manager where I work under a lot of pressure to make sure that all the office was running to the potential that it should be, I also undertook a lot of the decision making on behalf of the Managing Director. I was also responsible for making sure that all case files required for court where typed and ready to go.
