Susie was commissioned by us at late notice to manage the convention logistics for almost 400 delegates, 60 speakers and many partners and exhibitors. She took on this brief with speed - and with such professionalism, zest, calmness and with a level of ownership that meant the job was not completed to an amazingly high standard. Susie is a special contractor to us now - because of efforts she has helped us to give delegates and partners a wonderful experience that has been well documented on twitter.
