I am not in a position to be able to comment on the first three areas and therefore assume that work quality, expertise and timeliness were fine. I am not aware of any attendees to the event as a result of her calling, but that doesn't mean that she didn't do a good job - you can't win them all and there was not much notice given. I would have liked daily feedback on progress - I did leave several messages and emails and only had replies to some.

Despite several requests to keep me informed on what work was done I failed to hear anything from Susan except a very short email telling me there was more to follow (there wasn't!). Very disappointed with lack of communication, just wasted my time.

Job well done, I will be using Susan again for my next project.

Had a great initial rappor, and good looking Cv, but received no communications back whatsoever despite chasing for updates continuously - not impressed !
