I was expecting a more complete review than what was send and therefore left a bit disappointed on this job. I do admit though that the document was not an easy one to review.

Work was not completed as agreed or to guidelines. Refuses to complete work and matter going through mediation. Waste of time.

Susan 'hits the ground running' . She quickly understood my requirements and shaped the document I needed. She also gives a legal advice with a pragmatic business stance - i.e. helping you to understand and balance the risks. I will definitely be using her again.
