About Me
I have worked for many years in legal offices and I have excellent IT skils I am a Licensed Conveyancer (Licence No 17989) I have also taken exams to become a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, Also qualified in employment law. I can also provide Legal Research at a reasonable fee for a prompt response and can look at titles for properties entered in auctions before the buyer actually purchases the property to check that he is getting a good title that can be mortgaged.
I do residential conveyancing, the buying and selling of freehold houses and leasehold flats. I can deal with mortgagesmortgagees. I also deal with transfers of equity, remortgages, granting of new leases, lease extensions, leasehold enfranchisement.
I can also deal with the probate of an estate and advise on basic tax matters. I am an experienced willwriter with single wills, mirror wills, trusts etc.
I have worked in central London firms and have a wealth of experience.

I have worked in legal offices since 1975. I have worked at Paisner & Co in the commercial department working on leases and licenses to assign.
I am able to do conveyancing, both domestic and commercial, probate and willwriting.
