In-company Director of Studies, the job involves coordinating language classes in companies in and around Barcelona. This means dealing with our clients, setting up classes, groups and teachers in the companies or at the school, helping the teachers prepare the classes, interviewing and hiring new teachers when necessary, organizing substitutions when necessary, and dealing with any problems that occur. I'm also responsible for marketing for the In-Company section, client acquisition as well as administration. Furthermore, I teach 6-10 hours per week in the companies.
