• Responsible for Preparation and processing of ‘gas consumed’ invoices, reminders and other documentation related to accounts payable via ‘Gentrack’ billing system.
• Attend to customer queries and complaints via telephone or in person and cover receptionist telephonist duties during lunch hour.
• Makes and checks entries, totals ledgers and prepares bank reconciliations.
• Calculate commissions, credits, discounts and interest charges.
• Attend to correspondence related to the Debtors section including the processing of new gas accounts for customers.
• Regularly converse with the Customer Services Bureau for the connection of gas supplies for new consumers.
• Process customers bank details for payment of outstanding bills.
