I am a full qualified Life Coach, meditation teacher and life laundry consultant. i use all of these disciplines plus elements of NLP to help clients manage stress and depression. i work with individuals, companies and schools.

I have also worked in financial services for a number of years and hold professional qualifications in banking and internal auditing. I have undertaken a wide range of risk assessment for the bank and have worked extensively with clients to manage their risks and controls.

I am also a skilled IT trainer and have written and presented a number of training courses.
