Steve is a great guy to work with, especially if you have a working plan for him to get stuck into. He know's his stuff and can work around problems well. Sometimes you'll need to do some of the testing yourself, but I think that will always be true of any developer. Also he's good at applying easy mods to my frontpage quickly & responding to my mails promptly, which is a real boon.
