It has been great working with Steve, very efficient. Would recommend to anyone looking for a skilled and very knowledgeable programmer.

Can not say the experience with Steve was a good one and sadly he takes away the faith in developers. Steve talks the talk, and walks the walk, VERY SLOWLY. My advice is, if unfortunate enough to encounter Steve Almond. The make SURE you pin him down to a Fixed price. Other wise expect a very unrealistic and over charged invoice. Once Disputed and agreed with by PPH you will receive Threatening emails. be warned. My current designer completed the same job in 45 mins, not the 5.5 hours steve took.

Great communication and used lots of different approaches to try and sort out my website problem.

Steve is a great guy to work with, especially if you have a working plan for him to get stuck into. He know's his stuff and can work around problems well. Sometimes you'll need to do some of the testing yourself, but I think that will always be true of any developer. Also he's good at applying easy mods to my frontpage quickly & responding to my mails promptly, which is a real boon.
