Panter Garment Factory Ltd • Hired to design the web-site for a leading garment manufacturer based in Hong Kong. The site was built in ASP.NET (in C#) and jQuery with a MySQL database. Also provided image editing services such as cleaning up photos and cropping them for display on the site.

Bid-u-Like • Hired to redesign the site graphics and fix severe HTML and CSS problems. Brushed up existing graphics as well as created brand new images for the web-site. Many of the interface images were of an extremely low quality and needed to be recreated from scratch. Also added interactivity and animation with JavaScript (YUI Library).

Xerxes Group Ltd • Hired to upgrade and update the company’s existing set of web-sites, create new web-sites and content management systems and bring them up to standards:
1) Xerxes Group • Updated the design and layout and created the site in ASP.NET (in C#) and MySQL. The management system allows the administrator to create new pages and add formatted text to pages using the YUI Richtext Editor control.
2) Bagherzadeh Foundation • Required to rebuild the web-site so that it conform to web standards and be data-driven. Uses a MySql database. The homepage features a Flash-like slideshow with images fading out in sequence achieved through a combination of Flash and CSS.
3) Xerxes Fine Arts • Required to update the design and layout and rebuild the web-site to conform to web standards and be data-driven. JavaScript was used in the gallery controls and on the homepage to cycle through a selection of featured artists with a simple but effective fading effect. The Contact Information page uses the Google Maps API to provide directions to the Xerxes Fine Arts Gallery in London’s West End from a selection of London landmarks.
4) Heritage House • Based on the Xerxes Fine Arts web-site with a different colour scheme and graphics for an art gallery in Dubai specialising in contemporary Middle Eastern art.
5) Xargis Fam • Web-site for a major distributor of international consumer brands in the Middle East. Built the Xargis Fam web-site with ASP.NET in C# with a MySQL database.

Music Fusion • Hired to design the logo, graphics and front-end (XHTML and CSS) for Music Fusion, a company that represents and promotes music artists.

Deluxe-V • Deluxe-V is a luxury vehicle (supercars, yachts, helicopters and private jets) hire company. The web-site has been built in ASP.NET and uses a MySQL database. The enquiry form utilises the YUI Event Utility to deliver a more dynamic form, presenting only the fields that are required based on the type of vehicle being hired.

China City Group • Built the web-site and administration system for the China City Group chain of Chinese Restaurants using C#.NET, JavaScript, the Yahoo! User Interface Library and a MySQL database. Consulted extensively with the management staff to determine the requirements of the web-site and administration system, collaborated with a PR Consultant on the graphic design and usability of the site, provided photography, image editing and enhancement services, and provided training to the management staff. The web-site features a News and Promotions section, customer accounts, a dynamic contact form, automated confirmation e-mails, and two online booking systems (note: this function is currently down due to lack of computer literate staff to man the computers) that utilise JavaScript, the HTML DOM, scripted HTTP and XML to provide a dynamic and responsive interface. The private function room booking page features a custom schedule control that was built using a combination of C#.NET, XHTML, XML, JavaScript and MySQL. The site utilises advanced PayPal merchant tool features including Auto Return with PDT (Payment Data Transfer) information to provide payment confirmation and booking details to the customer, and IPN (Instant Payment Notification) for asynchronous booking management. Search engine optimization strategies such as dynamically generated title and meta tags were implemented and an ASPI filter is utilised to rewrite URLs so that they are “search engine friendly”. The administration system provides booking information to the staff, deposit payment status on bookings, cancellations and refund requests, a facility for creating menus and adding menu items, and a Customer Support e-mail generation feature.

Dee Cee Ltd • Built the e-commerce web-site of Dee Cee Ltd, a branded clothing store. The site was built using C# and uses a MySQL database and features a search function, customer accounts, a custom built basket, automated e-mails for order confirmation and password retrieval. Implemented search engine optimization strategies such as title and meta tags whose contents are dynamically generated based upon page content. An ASPI filter is also utilised to rewrite the URLs so they are “search engine friendly”. Also built a web-site management system for simplified data management that allows for a high level of customisation including adding brands, offers, discounts, homepage layout, mailing list management and order management. Also provided training for the staff on how to use the admin panel and intermediate level image editing with Photoshop.

Elena Antoniades • Designed the Flash web-site of fashion designer Elena Antoniades. Collaborated with the client and another graphic designer extensively on the look of the site and provided photo enhancement and editing services. The client was extremely satisfied with both the final product and the consultation services and has continued to use my services since.
