About Me

My name is Steph, and I am a vibrant, enthusiastic and experienced PA and virtual assistant. I offer administrative and secretarial support to a wide variety of industries and the services that I offer can be tailored to suit the needs of my clients. I am able to provide anything from simple administrative tasks to project management and event planning. Something that I am quite passionate about is maximising the functions of Microsoft Office to enhance business productivity. I spend a lot of time creating bespoke spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for my clients to automate simple but often time consuming actions. I have a lot of experience in working with Excel and macrosVBA.

Work Experience

Over 8 years experience in secretarial roles which includes a large majority of event planning and project management. I have worked for small businesses, local government and large not for profit organisations, providing support to top level directors and CEO's as well as coordinating government projects and national events.
