About Me
-Setting up accounts on SAGE line 50, MYOB accounting and Quicken Books,
-Logging sales invoice in sales day book and maintain sales ledger,
-Logging purchase invoices in purchase day book and maintain purchase ledger
-Allocate receipts to customer and reconcile debtors account,
-Allocate payments to suppliers account and reconcile suppliers account,
-Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns,
-Reconcile bank account,
-Record petty cash expense,
-Balance sheet • reconciliations,
-Prepare cash flow forecast,
-Year end accounts preparation,
-Preparation of cash flows and calculate cash requirement.
-Preparation of monthly sales activity for management
-Preparation of Monthly Management accounts, profit & loss and balance sheet,
- Preparation of draft Accounts and schedules for Audit
