With 12 years in the finance sector and 9 years in the Collections industry I have a diverse range of skills that have developed from a number of significant projects; such as; Team Management, external supplier sourcing & management, analysis and business development, internal & external auditing and compliance & regulation strategy execution inclusive of the specification and development of new software. I work well on my own initiative and thrive within a team environment. I am motivated by fresh challenges, and acknowledge the importance of change within such a regulatory minefield that is the Financial Services setor.
