My last permanent position was Senior Technical Analyst. I was managing a small team of Technical Anaylsts responsible for 3rd line calls and IT projects. All completed projects required a full set of technical documentation to enable other teams and individuals to understand the new system and support it effectively. I was responsible for creating this documentation and creating a document management system.
