Sara is mature and professional and has a very practical “hands on” approach to any tasks given to her (at the time she was working with me I was under great stress and she took it all in her stride). She is knowledgeable on Microsoft systems (Excel etc.) and generally in using a computer. She is punctual and reliable and I have no hesitation in recommending her.
