Really dissapointed with Santosh. DO NOT ACCEPT THIS FREELANCER. Work was started but did not report back. Waited over 3 months to get any kind of report. Only completed approx 5% of the work I asked and PAID FOR! Keeps emailing me with offers doing more work for me, even though he has not even finished the original tasks I paid him to do.

Santosh was repeatedly late with the delivery of this work. It took 2 months to get 1 months work completed as agreed in the job. I had to chase him constantly to get this work done. I have since brought on someone else on PPH to spread the work as I think Santosh over committed himself. The work was good when completed but having the stress of trying to manage this process when PPH people should be proactive was a big negative. I have given Santosh many jobs but this one has caused me to go elsewhere as I need to delivery on my strategy and timelines and his 1 month delay didn’t help me one bit. I will use again but only for very small jobs as trust has been lost here now. You will note the same comments on 2 clients – This is because Tom Blake acts as a representative for other clients. This job was also pathetically late.

Do not use this freelancer! We have been asking for over 2 months for work to be done, and we have received next to nothing. Over promise and under deliver!! and has our money too! DO NOT USE!

Santosh has improved ranks quickly for one section of our website. It is early days less than one week in and we have seen some results already. Links report provided was detailed and of benefit as some people wont share this. I will be giving him more link work in the near future.
