Sam worked on a number of small projects for me to great effect and sometimes at short notice. She has a charming, friendly telephone manner and a beautiful rounded welsh accent that I'm sure helps her no end. I'd certainly have no hesitation in using Sam again and would recommend her to others. N.B. I never give 5* or 1* ratings for anything or anyone (there's always better and worse in the world) so the ratings I've given are very good.

I liked Sam's approach to the brief and she offered many useful suggestions about the strategy for the campaign. Although no leads were generated, given that only 10 hours were spent on the task and also given the amount of feedback provided by Sam on the response she was getting from those contacted, it was still a useful exercise for me and I believe Sam provided good value for money in terms of the services she provided. I had no concerns at all about the fact that she was representing my business to those she was calling, which was anotehr importnat aspect of appointing the right person to this peice of work. Thanks Sam for your work on this project.

It can be tough to get these people on the phone, but Sam persists and has a good disarming style about her.

She will then make useful suggestions and contributions and set up systems to ensure that her work is accurate and produces results. To make the most of Sam’s unique telephone skills it is important for you, the client to have a clear brief and to know what you want her to achieve. She can then give you a reasoned assessment as to whether your targets are realistic. As well as having excellent telephone marketing skills she is totally reliable and a good communicator.
