Work Experience
I am responsible for creating tenders for new business. I am involved in a vast and varied range of tasks, from entering all machine orders to general administration duties.
I have to work within deadlines in a sometime pressured environment. Seek and deliver positive solutions using my own initiative. In order to manage my time effectively I prioritise tasks and plan ahead to ensure that the planning and delivery within the department was managed efficiently and that the requirements of the clients are satisfied.
My job entailed communicating with various internal and external customers to obtain and give the relevant information to the staff and venues.
I was required to liaise with other departments within Bunzl often to diplomatically chase information so those deadlines are achieved within the Department.
