I would say this is worst firm in India that I have ever worked with. They basically can't solve any problems, and stole 450 pounds from me. This is despite the fact that I asked how much more it would cost to fix the problem. Definitely keep away from this mob. And so much for people per hour too.

From the outset Sapple were very easy to deal with but understood our brief and delivered what was required. Hopefully the start of a productive association.
