Work Experience

I have extensive and highly proficient Microsoft Office experience including creating templates, analysis, document automation, presentations & complex spreadsheets. I can also create professional CVs from junior to professional levels.

I\'m an experienced administrator who can automate processes into professional and easy to use documentation. I am able to offer office skills and also fully qualified to deliver administration and IT training.

I\'m am experienced in Sage Instant & Line 50 product ranges from both an input & training perspective.
I am extremely personable and professional individual who works on a timely, accurate and flexible basis. I employ excellent communication skills which are evident in my ease at which I build and maintain rapport.

I am now working as a freelance Virtual Assistant who delivers services ranging from basic data entry to training staff on office and IT applications.

My duties range from data entry to creating advertising/marketing materials. I use the whole suite of Microsoft packages and Adobe to create, edit and complete a variety of documentation including spreadsheet analysis. I've been involved in photo editing using PhotoShop.
