Emergency Medical Services Allocator at Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust

A managerial role within the control and communications centre for the Welsh Ambulance Service. In charge of delivering the best patient care possible utilising necessary control room and front line resources including first responders, emergency paramedic teams, basics doctors, EMS helicopters, and rapid response vehicles. I would be responsible for teams of between twenty to sixty medical professionals covering a population area of around one million.
