Richard has been the main software IT consultant for our Association for the past 6 or 7 years. He posesses the rare quality (for a techie) of being able to converse with non-techies in a language they understand, and in addition to the practical work undertaken has also written articles for our quarterly magazine and conducted in-house training sessions on different aspects of IT including databases and MS Office. His work for us has always been exemplory and I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any IT position where these skills are relevant.
