I have extensive experience supporting new and growing businesses as they look to deal with the impact of significant change in their workplace, including preparation for staffing and personnel responsibility and compliance with strategic goals and direction.

Originally from the UK, my work experience is extensively British as is my education. I am now based in Canada and I have an international client base working with businesses based in Australia, Asia, Europe and the Americas. I am comfortable using technology to communicate across the globe and constructively work with businesses to fit around their schedule and work as they see best.

I have developed Change and HR strategies, worked on mission statements, developed company visions, created staff appraisal systems, employment contracts, identified succession plans, organizational development plans, job profiles and many more elements to have an effective business organization.
