I've been a 'human answerphone' with audio backup for 14 years freeing my clients to concentrate on their work, keeping them informed, keeping their customers satisfied. The word processing and admin services have been accessed by a variety of other customers too.
About My skills:
All word processing, copy, audio and dictation by phone. Years of phone work taking calls, warmly greeting clients' customers, keeping them 'warm' while their requirements are met and makiing follow up calls as necessary - being proactive. Organising and reminding. Efficient completion of all projects.

Experience:
Over 15 years self employment in word processing, copy, audio and dictation by phone. I have transcribers for a variety of tape size and can operate digitally. I'm operating as a professional VA dedicated to confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism with high flexibility to provide an individual package to suit clients' requirements for one-off projects or longer term ones.
Education and Training:
London Chamber of Commerce's Private Secretary's Certificate (PSC) course - Use of English covering all types of business English, reports, summaries etc resulting in a pass, audio typing (distinction), organisation and secretarial procedures and structure of business, all passes. RSA III and Pitman’s advance typing, passes. I had been an associate member of the Institute of Qualified Professional Secretaries since completing the PSC, and graduated to full membership after 10 years in 2004. I had completed other courses in English & word processing and allied subjects before the PSC course. I also took two part-time courses in creative writing and a correspondence course in the same. I have Sociology and English Language GCE O’ Levels.
