I have over 25 years experience in legal work. I am proficient in all fields and can undertake copy or audio work. For seven years I ran my own secretarial business which was very successful. I worked for a Barrister, a Law Costs Draftsman and a trainer for the Highways Department but family commitments meant moving area and all my customers were local. I ran this business from 1989 until 1996. I am now based in Kent and have been self-employed as a transcriptionist for the past seven months. I am fast, accurate and take a great pride in my work. I am reliable and trustworthy and can take work at any time of the day, seven days a week.
About My skills:
My key skills are copy and audio typing. Beside legal work being my key skill, I can also undertake medical work.
Experience:
I have been secretary for a large Cancer Support group and am presently secretary for a drama group, keeping Minutes of meetings, keeping database up to date, sending out newsletters and general administration.
Education and Training:
I have GCSE Law, Grade D. I have undertaken several Computer courses and have Clait I and II, and a Certificate in Advanced Computer Technology
