Experience:
I am a qualified corporate lawyer and entitled to practise as a solicitor in England and Wales. I have worked for a large law firm based in London for 5 years. During this time I have gained experience in the corporate practice group working on large and small mergers and acquisitions, structuring on both domestic and international structures, drafting corporate/commercial agreements, assisting and advising partnerships and limited liability partnerships. During this time I have also been involved in project managing transactions, having gained a great deal of experience of this coordinating large projects in the UK and internationally which often involved large teams of clients and advisors. I also have experience of undertaking both purchaser and vendor due diligence (both transactional and independently). I have experience of providing company secretarial services. I am also experienced in giving presentations on various legal topics and I am up to date with the changes that are currently taking place in relation to ccompany legislation in England and Wales which are in the process of being brought in pursuant to the Companies Act 2006.
Education and Training:
PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal LLP - Qualified corporate lawyer for 3 years and trainee lawyer for 2 years.
College of Law - LPC (merit)
