My small company provides a full PA and secretarial support service to independent professionals, sole traders and companies.
We specialise in medical transcription and transcription of Expert Witness reports. Below is a summary of some of the tasks we carry out for you though this is by no means exhaustive:
Consultations in Administrative Systems
Typing/Audio Typing
Filing (including electronic)
Diary Management
Appointment reminders
Travel/Hotel arrangements
Expense Recording
Fee Note preparation
Bookkeeping/Credit Control
We maintain regular contact with you as frequently, or not, as you wish. Our charges relate only to the time spent working on your tasks set (which includes meetings by telephone, person, and email liaison), though please note charges are made for items such as postage, stationery, certain telephone made calls etc. We do not have a minimum ‘hire’ period and we are happy to work with our clients on an ad-hoc, one-off or regular basis.

I have run my own business for the last 5 years and have over 20 years secretarial experience from a receptionist through to an Executive PA.
