If you are looking for a new system I can take you from specifying your requirements through to implementing the results, evaluating your options along the way. If you already have the technology but want to get more from it I will assess, clean and organise your data, recommend system changes (and help you implement them if required), streamline your processes, even write user manuals and train your staff.
Experience:
I have worked for many years in IT in a variety of roles: as a developer in Lotus Notes and Script (similar to VB); in a mangement role, where I specialised in specifying, procuring, testing and documenting third party software; and as a data manager, ensuring that data in systems fit the organisation's purposes, including producing user documentation and training.
