I have over twelve years experience in consumer Public Relations promoting a whole of host of products and services from cleaning materials to cheese to charities. I specialise in devising communication campaigns, preparing press material, liaising with the media and securing editorial coverage for clients.
I usually work by responding to a client's brief, creating press material (a mixture of press releases, feature ideas and case studies) and putting together a client's own unique target media list. Once this has been approved I will undertake a media sell-in and follow up. Depending on the nature of the brief this can be a few weeks’ work or part of a longer campaign.
I work with all media. This includes broadcast media and websites and, on the print side everything from the national broadsheets and tabloids to women’s and men’s consumer magazines to the regional press.
I can also help out with a whole host of written communication including newsletters, leaflets, brochures and website copywriting.

Twelve years experience working in a number of different consumer PR agencies. Promoting brands such as Lavazza coffee, Guylian chocolates, Colgate-Palmolive, MasterCard, Thomas Cook, Kerrygold butter, Nando's, Samsung and Wilkinson Sword.
Education and Training:
I have a 2:1 degree in Archaeology from Durham University plus 3 A-levels (A, B, B) and 9 GCSEs (7A, 2B).
