I am a CAD Technician currently employed on a full time basis in Birmingham. I am looking for some freelance CAD work to complete during my free time, which I have a lot of. I am currently using AutoCAD 2008 LT and am very competent in it's functions. I have Mechanical and Electrical experience as well as Architectural and would be grateful for any work that was sent my way.

Although I work in Birmingham, I live in Stafford and spend a lot of time in London so location should not be too much of an issue and I am willing to travel within reason.

I have a strong and reliable broadband connection and a good computer so completing and emailing drawings etc. will not be an issue.

I have great experience of working to tight deadlines and i will never finish a project late. With several years of experience I would welcome the opportunity to improve my current skills and expand my knowledge.

Experience:
I have been working as a CAD Technician for several years and started my CAD career in the Mechanical and Electrical field. During my time working in this field I mainly did lighting and plumbing drawings. I have now moved onto the more Architectural side of things and specifically with measured surveys and space planning. I am a very hard worker as well and believe that this has come from working in this industry. I can work efficiently to tight deadlines and will always complete jobs by a given time.

Education and Training:
I have attended several CAD courses which I learnt the basics of AutoCAD from but I am mainly self-taught.
