2006-March 2009 Developing IT Ltd – Was given the opportunity to work with Developing IT from the end of my 3rd year and through-out my final year of university which provided invaluable experience for software development. After graduation I was kept on as a member of the software team. Over my time with developing IT I have worked on a wide range of projects covering web and application level development, and working with an array of companies both large scale and small. Developing IT is also a support company, which allows customer interaction on a regular basis.

My degree at Abertay allowed me to develop several different techniques in computing and achieve a thorough understanding in each subject area. The course covered: server and client side web development, database interaction, object orientated programming, project management and development life cycle planning and implementation.

BSc Business Studies and Management
Business studies provided me with a good understanding of the inner workings of the various sections that make up a business and how to manage these organisations. Through development of key skills I learned about the main areas that make up a company.
The key areas were: Accountancy, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Information technology and Financial Services.
