I don't want to gush, but I can't fault Penny! I wanted something quite complex in terms of design concept which few people would have 'got'. Penny got it perfectly, and the result totally exceeded my expectations. She also made the techy side easy to understand and left me with full instructions even a flea-brained idiot could have followed. She has that rare combination of being able to 'see' artistically / design wise with the technical know-how you need for web-based work.
