Legal services provider for employment, commercial and regulatory law.
Typically I undertake:
*Contract advice;
*Terms of business;
*Document drafting;
*Intellectual Property and media related law;
*Employment and business law advisory services.
I help businesses large and small on projects, with problem solving and on a retained basis. I work either externally (remotely) or by going in-house to assist clients.
I have my own law firm registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority and professional indemnity insurance.
Unusually for a law firm fixed fees are the norm, clients are seen by internet and skype or at my state of the art offices.
I am also a trainer for a number of legal training businesses - so other lawyers pay for me to update them.
