Paul is fulfilled this job brilliantly. When we gave him no reasonable time to make a change that was not in the original brief, despite the project being signed off, he worked into the night to do it and offered it as an option the following morning. The client was delighted and the project was even better for it. WE hope to work with Paul a lot more in future.
