I have worked on a number of personal and voluntary website projects which has allowed me to increase my knowledge within the IT industry as well as establishing skills within a wider background of applications and programming languages.

Currently undertaking Masters in International Business Management at the University of Leeds Business School and have ITIL v3 Qualification.

Previously completed a Computing BSc degree which involves managing technical aspects of programs and systems as well as maintaining high end user desirability and design aesthetics and focused heavily on project management. I am also currently working part-time at the University Of Leeds ISS Helpdesk providing IT support to students and staff across the universities campuses including technical advice, software support, and supported services coverage.

Having previously worked for the NHS National Program For Information Technology and BT Global Services(British Telecommunications) I have been able to establish a good customer report and working experience of the IT industry in the UK.
