About My services

I am able to provide full secretarial/pa/administrative assistance virtually or, alternatvely, on site if located within commuting distance of my home. I have many years experience in office administration and am able to provide a first class secretarial/administrative service without the necessity of you having to employ a full-time assistant. Work will be turned around quickly, accurately and at a high standard, without you having to worry about spelling, accuracy or content. No job will be seen as too big or too small and all jobs will receive the same commitment from me, no matter the task.

Can take shorthand, transcribe from audio, do cold call telephone work, chase for payments, deal direct with Solicitors/Accountants, CAB and Social Services,etc. Customer care. Arranging training and conference facilities. Booking training/conference rooms, organising accommodation and travel. Ability to look after your personal and business commitments.

 
Additional Information

Experience:
35 years of secretarial/pa/management experience in all areas of business. Spent many years working in the financial industry and have temped for many different and varied companies. I am an accurate copy typist/audio typist and can take shorthand. I am also able to put together letters on your behalf with the briefest of information from yourself. Any office administration task can be undertaken on your behalf and your office can be run virtually without you having to commit to taking on a full member of staff.

Education and Training:
From Grammar School attended a year's course at Secretarial College where I obtained all relevant secretarial qualifications.
Many management training programmes undertaken in the various jobs I have undertaken over the last 35 years.
I financed myself through Open University Degree from 1985 until 1992, in this time I took on a more demanding PA role and was subsequently promoted to manage 18 other secretaries based in three different offices situated in the Midlands.
