I have over 18 years in the Spa, Beauty and Cosmetic Industry. I am qualified to BTEC level 1, 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy as well as HND Health and Beauty Studies. I have been trained in over 15 brands including Elemis, Dermalogica, Decleor.

My past roles have included National Beauty Development Manager for Proctor & Gamble\'s SK-II where I developed facial treatments for the brand and trained staff within stores and spa\'s accross the country. I also developed literature for the brand, performed treatments for press and trained teams on sales techniques.

I also was the London trainer for Universal Contour Wrap\'s, where salon therapists would come to me for training.

I am speaking at Professional Beauty in Manchester about selling in October.
