Audit and Assurance experience:
•During my audit duration, I have performed audits of following sectors clients: Cement manufacturing, oil and gas, financial institutions, construction sector and power sector.
•Development of audit strategy and plan of various listed and private companies focusing on risky and critical areas
•Consolidating foreign subsidiary into the financial statements of ultimate parent
•Evaluation and documentation of accounting and internal control systems
•Preparation of report on deviation from the procedure manuals in internal audits
•Review of internal control procedures to ensure adherence to management policies and control procedures and to suggest improvements therein
•Reviewing preparation of budgets and their comparison with actual results. This also includes assessing going concern assumption and future viability (both financial and operational) of the projects.
