I had thought against leaving any feedback however, my partner insisted it was important. Muge first completed our logo and business cards which we absolutely love. The design incorporated all our ideas/wishes and the result was one we were extremely pleased with. However, the website design did not have such a favourable result. In short, our company ended up paying a new web developer to rebuild our website due to so many back-end issues with the site that Muge built for us. We tried in vain to have these issues fixed by Muge before our site went live however, as Muge was already 20 days over the project deadline, we were simply not granted the flexibility to make any more changes and were told directly that no more changes were going to be made - despite the fact that these were fatal errors which ultimately resulted in driving traffic away from our site instead of further in. We found Muge very responsive at first (especially with our dealings regarding the business cards and logo) but then, during the website project, weeks would go by without hearing from her. In the end the project was 20 days late and was then launched live without our permission and with many unfixed errors. The website was launched lived from a party where Muge had been working on our website…..? We did not find this professional. Muge then told us she was going on holidays and could not help us any more. Our new web developer told us that it would cost less to rebuild a new site rather than try and fix the one that Muge had created. So we had no choice but to pay to have the job done again only two months later. As a start-up business with limited funds, this was a very disappointing result as you can imagine. Our rating for work quality is only high due to the work on our business cards and logo which we were very happy with.
