About Me
I have over 20 years experience at providing bespoke training and development services to clients in both public and private sector. I cover all aspects of training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation and work freelance, anywhere in the world. I am an expert in coaching, leadership, influencing and presentation skills. I am a member of ITOL and hold NLP and TA qualifications as well as the CIPD training certificates.

Work Experience
I was the Management Training Manager for Virgin Our Price before becoming an independant consultant in 1998. I have sinced worked across all organisational types both public and private sector. Important clients include Unilever, PepsiCo, Zurich Insurance Teach First and the Parkinson Disease Society.

Mike has worked as a facilitator/trainer on our Leadership and Management Development Programme for over 5 years. He has a great reputation on the programme and feedback from delegates is that he is an excellent facilitator/trainer. Always well prepared, reliable and continuouly striving to improve the transition of things learnt back into the workplace.
Education
I hold the CIPD qualification in Training Practice (1993) as well as Organisational TA and NLP. I was a founder member of the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring where I played a key role in establishing its qualifications.
