Having gained MBA in Human Resources I been contributing my skills in Human Resources for last 7 years.



I have proven success in all areas of HR. It includes framing new policies and their implementation, managed resource distribution & recruitment, development & training and induction programs. I have experience as an in-house recruiter as well as recruiting consultant for an agency. My experience in laying down and monitoring performance management systems is also vast. Also, I am comfortable with project management skills, analysis, organisation and communication. – whilst I can see that some of these terms may come across as more strategic – it is worth noting that I always roll my sleeves up and work as a member of the operational team.



I have always worked closely with senior management to lay help down future policies and procedures. Throughout my career I have worked with organizational development teams to build strong relationships with key stake-holders and ensure a consistent approach.
