10 years working for local authority, private and voluntary sector organisations working on employment initiatives. Project managing funded employment programmes to assist long term unemployed back in to the work place.
I specialise in white collar workers and redundancy situations and have worked alongside Job Centre Plus and Voluntary sector organisations to develop training programmes to reduce employment figures in the local area.

Call Centre and Operations Manager for a large International Outsourcing Company (15 years), this included project managing, forecasting, staff development and management, interview and selection and liaising with our major client.
I set up a project team for all uk call centres to improve mystery shopping figures for the Association of Train Operating Companies' which was highly successful.
