I found Michelle's work rushed and as a result careless mistakes had been made. I also had a great deal of difficulty getting replies to my messages and the work was returned 8 hours late. Michelle later informed me she had some family troubles over the weekend and if she had informed me of this earlier I would have allocated the work to someone else.

MIchelle produced Transcription work for me, Considering the quality of the recordings, the Yorkshire accents, and the technical nature of the contents; the transcriptions were quite acurate. The format of the transcription submission was as requested. However the job was finally delivered over six months late, with little or no communication as each new deadline came and went. I expect in the future she will improve and learn from this contract making more realistic time estimates for work and keeping clear open lines of communication with her clients.

Michelle is an accomplished typist. However, as a transcriber, she needs to have some more experience, spend a bit more time proof reading and going back through the recording to pick up missed sentences, follow instructions more closely, and pay close attention to punctuation.

I recently completed my first piece of PPH work for this lady. She was extremely patient with me and guided me through the PPH process. She was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to work for her again if the opportunity arises.

I am so sad that my first experience on PPH was more like "slave labour" I made a deal and stuck with it but I worked tirelessly for over 20 hours for the paltry sum of GBP22.50 I stupidly agreed a payment of GBP25.00 for typing 75 A4 pages (each one being 2 pages of a book with a very small font!) The client had offered GBP25.00 for the job and as she was a freelancer I presumed (wrongly) that she would be setting a fair price. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Michelle might well be a good freelancer BUT not a very good client :(

Everything explained really clearly and all information supplied in very good time. Michelle explained clearly how to perform all the functions required within PPH as it was my first assignment. Invoice paid immediately upon being raised. Would not hesitate to work for Michelle again.
