This was my first experience on PPH. What I identified in choosing Melanie over the 35 bids I received was she responded to the bid, had matching skills and experience, attached her CV and a copy of a transcription she had done. She went beyond most bids, and the synergy of what she could bring and what I was looking for just fit. From that moment, I could see the process and quality of Melanie and I working together would be excellent, and I was correct. Melanie transcribed 13 academic interviews for a dissertation, and the level of relevant questions and clarifications she asked before we began gave me confidence that her experience beyond matched her CV and bid. I had a brief conversation with Melanie, and the level of professionalism was impressive. Once she started transcribing, she seemed to work around the clock to meet my deadline. I knew a few of the transcriptions that were recorded via Skype may have some distortion, though I did not realise how much some of them did and had missing sections. Before transcribing, we realised the format was not compatible - she found a converter, and converted the files to the correct format. Melanie went above and beyond filling in and listening to perfection. I wished I had more transcribing, because Melanie has been professional, hard working, attention to detail and very flexible in our interaction. I highly recommend her for transcribing, and the skills she shares.

Melanie did an excellent job. She delivered an accurate transcript, following all instructions and turned the work around well inside the turnaround time. Her communication was also great. I would highly recommend.
