I have been really impressed with Melanie's work. She showed great patience whilst delays in my project held up her role by over 3 months, yet still delivered extremely quickly as soon as she was asked. Her service was excellent, asking questions to enure she understood my brief, and then met these requirements. And, perhaps most importantly, for a VoiceOver, her finished product is first class. All in all, highly recommended and will certainly use her again.
