I have worked within the I.T. Industry for more than 10 years in various roles, from Customer Support (1st and 2nd line), Computer Support, I.T. Consultantancy and now Web Design and Development. Although I have followed web design as a Hobby over the last 12 years I have been running my own successful business doing web design and development for the last 5 years and have worked with small to medium enterprises and large organisations such as the NHS and also their union - UNISON.

I would like to express the Branches delight with the website that Mat at Xclamation Design created. The Branch has found it useful in many ways from advertising our AGM to giving information to our members. All of our requests were taken into consideration and the website has all the functionality that we needed. Xclamation Design also provided us with on-site training which was also excellent and all training materials were provided. I am renown for being IT illiterate but even I found it easy to use.
