Matt is a CIPD qualified Interim HR & Recruitment Project Manager. Over the past 6 years Matt has successfully completed a stream of projects in the public, private and voluntary sectors. Prior to this Matt has account managed a UK network of 410 sales agents for a Fortune 500 gas and chemicals company and been a qualified bookkeeper in hospitality and manufacturing reporting to the Board of Directors in both roles.

Matt is retained HR Advisor to 2 charities for matters relating to organisational structure and recruitment. Over the past couple of years Matt has spoken at the National Business Startup Show and hosted the ACEVO launch of the Future Jobs Fund at the Barbican with James Purnell MP.
