Roll-out/refresh:
delivery of new machines and equipment to a secure holding area, record
old and new asset tags for machines and monitors, check machines for data and software, copy user’s data and profile and configure user’s data and profile to the new workstation installation ; on occasions clone workstation’s hard drive data. ‐ install and configure printers and software, collect old equipment for disposal. Ensure courtesy call for small projects and floor walk for larger projects to make sure users are happy and have encountered no problems.
