About Me

Having travelled and worked in several countries, I have developed exceptional communication and organisational skills, together with sound commercial acumen. It is now my intention to apply these talents to directly assist a Senior Executive in hisher day-to-day activities. My abilities include accurate diary management, event organisation, proficient PC abilities within a range of different solutions including CRM's, outstanding interpersonal and man-management skills. Work Experience

1. Awarded No 1 Performance/Pay award out of 285 employee at Sage Ireland in November 2006.
2. Worked for high-end company in Harley Street, which required professionalism in every aspect of work and client liaison.
3. Received training on different CRM solutions, including Sales Logix, Sage CRM, Microsoft Outlook CRM, and SAP plus Sage Coretime (Time-recording & Project Management solution).
4.Management experience in Nursing and Diagnostic Imaging, which latterly included conducting business narrative at Board-level via tele-conferencing in Harley Street to USA Board. This experience underpins my ability to liaise with clients from any walk in life, always conveying a highly-professional image.

Education

I studied Nursing and received the following qualifications:
RGN (Registered General Nurse)
DN (Diploma in Nursing)
PGDN (Post-Graduate Diploma in Nursing = 1st Year MSc in Nursing (I was invited to study at Ph.D Level at the University of Wales in Cardiff).
Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) Certificate in 2007
Training on Sage Coretime - 2 days in 2006
Training on Sage CRM - 1 day in 2006
